Our aim is to find you the perfect property to suit your requirements with the minimum of hassle.

Finding a property
The first step is to contact us to provide brief details about yourself and about the accommodation you require. We then search our database for suitable properties for you to view. If not urgent, we log your details so that we can contact you as suitable properties become available. It is wise to start looking about a month before you wish to move, as many properties are viewed and reserved quickly.

Please note that for your safety and peace of mind -

  • All of our managed properties are Gas Safe certificated, and inspected for electrical safety, and furniture fire safety

  • All Tenancy Deposits are protected with within 30 days of receipt of the deposit.

  • You will not be asked to pay us, or any other organisation, additional fees to process your tenancy application.

  • You will be be given login details to our website to view and download all the information relating to your rental property.

    Viewings will be arranged at times to suit you, including evenings and weekends, and you will invariably be accompanied by a member of staff, who can give advice and answer any questions you may have.

    Reserving the property
    Once you have decided on a property, we will provide you with a Tenant Application form. We will require proof of identification such as passport or driving licence. Proof of address such as an official letter dated within the last three months. Your last three months payslips and a copy of your most recent bank statement. We will process this information and carry out a credit check, if everything is satisfactory then the first months rent and deposit is payable. The property will be removed from the market and reserved for you!

    As a minimum we will require satisfactory references from your employer (or accountant), a previous or current landlord, and a credit reference report. We may also require a personal reference, and sometimes a guarantor. We may use the services of an independent referencing company to obtain and evaluate these references.

    Rents are normally quoted calendar monthly, and payable monthly in advance. The tenant is also responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone/Broadband costs. All rents are payable by standing order to our Client bank account.

    A security deposit of a minimum of one month's rental will normally be required. This deposit will be held by The deposit is held to cover rental arrears, damage, breakages, and any other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement.

    We do not charge any additional fees prior to the commencement of your tenancy.
